Dr. Linda Matz and her team at Bloom Chiropractic and Wellness Center would like to extend a warm thank you to our patients and to reach out to the Missoula community in need.
ESTABLISHED PATIENTS:
Friday, December 11th all day - an adjustment at no cost in exchange for a gift card valued at $20 or more.
NEW PATIENTS:
Saturday, December 12th all day - Visit 1: Consultation/Exam/Xray Visit 2: Report of Findings at no cost (adjustment not included) in exchange for a gift card valued at $20 or more.
We are recommending GIFT CARDS for box stores this year due to COVID-19 but we will accept new toys, hats, gloves, and other articles of clothing. All donations are distributed by the Missoula Family YMCA to families in high need in 2020.
